Electric Vehicles in our fleet
Agreement with Lithium for provision of Electric Vehicles(EV ) vehicles instead of Diesel vehicles in transport fleet to ensure reduction in carbon emissions and thereby reduction environmental pollution. Electric Vehicles are environment friendly, have low running costs and pose a reduced risk of breakdowns. Operating electric vehicles will help us to achieve sustainability through reduction in our carbon footprint. To be specific,10000 electric KMs per month = 24 MT of CO2 emissions abated per year, which is equal to growing 360 trees per year.

Environment Friendly Infrastructure
We ensure environmental sustainability through our 'green' infrastructures (with the architecture of offices ensure enough natural light) with effective waste management & water management.

Environment Friendly Infrastructure
Green Design Considerations:
- The facility is built such as to conserve energy, control water consumption and ensure low life cycle cost of building maintenance.
- The North end has extensive use of glass to allow natural light to percolate without any direct sun rays incident on it, thus reducing the heat load on the building.
- Use of skylights ensure natural light inside the building thus reducing the use of artificial lighting.
- The glazing along the east and west is in the form of Double Glazing with reflective glasses and use of Clay tiles. This further reduces the heat load on the building.
- Indoor and outdoor plantation reduces glare and radiation to a great extent. This keeps a micro climatic control on the exteriors as well.
Energy Efficiency and Conservation of Resources
- Air Conditioning - A Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air conditioning system has been installed which results in substantial savings in energy consumption. The success of the solution is apparent from the fact that this facility has been able to manage substantial savings in energy costs.
- Lighting All lights are converted LEDs thereby reducing energy consumption.
- Water conservation 120,000 litres water is recycled daily and treated through a modern sewage treatment plant. The recycled water is used for gardening purpose.
- Smart Compost Plant A smart composter plant has been set up to treat the organic waste, which generates organic manure.
Sustainability Continues...
